RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund, which will be re-credited to the credit or debit card, which was used when you made your purchase. Return of an item is at your own cost. If you are in the European Union and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and package costs you paid as part of that order (if any). We will send any exchange items free of postage charges. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
If the return is as a result of an error on our side or in the unlikely event of the item(s) being faulty, such items can be returned free of charge by contacting Customer Services by email at email@example.com

Please fill in and enclose the returns form attached to your delivery note or alternatively download the return form here. To ensure a more efficient returns process, please attach the return address label that was enclosed with your order, to your package. We would strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?
We aim to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible however this can take up to 10 days from the date of receipt when we are very busy and we will email to confirm when this has been done.
