These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these Terms. Please note, these Terms can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check these Terms regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you continue to use the Website after a change has been made you are deemed to have accepted it.

You should save or print a copy of these Terms for future reference. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not use or access the Website.

You may access the Website for your own private and domestic use only and must not use the context of the Website for any commercial or illegal purpose.

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to the Website, or to make contact with other users of the Website, you must comply with these Terms and any applicable law.

Any content that you upload to the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Reach have the right to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, alter and/or disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to the Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.

We reserve the right to suspend the Website at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We may terminate your use of the Website with immediate effect if you breach any of the Terms, any law or the rights of any third party or was not respectful to others.

We will not be held responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of the Website and you hereby agree to be responsible to The Reach for and indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, damages, expenses, losses and liabilities incurred and/or suffered by us as a result of any claim in respect of your use of the Website.

 

ORDERING

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

You agree that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and true in all respects. We will only use your personal information for the purposes detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You warrant that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate. You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method is valid and the inputted payment details are correct.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

By placing an order via the Website you are making an offer to The Reach to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and The Reach for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you.

 

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. The price of the products shall be the price listed in UK pounds sterling on the Website on the date of your order (inclusive of VAT if applicable, but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you). All prices displayed on the Website are and must be paid in full, including delivery charges, except where discounts are offered as detailed on the Website.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

 

DELIVERY

We aim to cover all areas within our Next Day Service but it cannot unfortunately be guaranteed in certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

 

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. The Reach cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country.

We take great care to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However descriptions and specifications of products on the Website is not intended to be binding and are intended to give a general description of the products to the best of our knowledge.

 

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

If you have placed an order but then wish to change it, please contact Customer Services by email at customerservices@thereachlondon.com as soon as possible, with your order number. We will do our best to make any changes but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may have already been processed. If the order has already been processed and despatched you will need to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures detailed below.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund, which will be re-credited to the credit or debit card, which was used when you made your purchase.

An Item which has been altered in any manner at Your request at time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If you are in the European Union and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and package costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you paid for Next Day Delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

 

We will send any exchange items free of postage charges. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Return of an item is at your own cost. However, if the return is as a result of an error on our side or in the unlikely event of the item(s) being faulty, such items can be returned free of charge by contacting Customer Services by email at customerservices@thereachlondon.com

Please fill in and enclose the returns form attached to your delivery note. To ensure a more efficient returns process, please attach the return address label that was enclosed with your order, to your package. We would strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. We aim to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible however this can take up to 10 days from the date of receipt when we are very busy and we will email to confirm when this has been done.
